Plumbing this time...Jesse & Matthew installed a regulator valve, main water shut off and two sets of under-sink shut offs. They were courteous, efficient, quiet and clean...and cussed a whole lot less (like not at all) than I would have had I tried any of this on my own. Thanks! P.S. Still happy with the HVAC from a couple weeks ago. (Previous) Day 1 and I am very pleased--replaced 24 year-old, still-kicking York 1-stage furnace/AC with York 2-stage furnace and heat pump. Dick Ray (locally owned!) undercut an estimate from another contractor, for similar equipment, by $5000, without knowing the amount of the previous estimate. "Comfort advisor" Kirk was very technically knowledgeable, generous with information, quick to answer my many questions and pragmatic. Installer, Jeffory, and his partner were very professional, focused and efficient--had the job complete and cleaned up in about 5 hours. I feel very confident in my purchase and thankful that I chose Dick Ray.

Great service from start to finish! Kirk came out same day to look at an issue with our HVAC system. He explained the problem and gave some options for getting it back in tip top shape! Jeff and Stephan came back the NEXT DAY! and installed everything. I can already tell this system is going to be much more efficient! Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with! Definitely will be using them again!

Sarah from the office took our call and displayed excellence in customer service. A welcome change after bad experiences with franchises that use a comm center and are quite poor. She kept in touch as promised and delivered! Master Tech Jon came out as planned and did a thorough eval of our problems which were complex. I know enough to know that he didn't make up fake problems just for an extra buck. The price was not cheap, but we got more service than we have ever gotten from any other company. We have an old house so we need lots of ongoing repairs. Jon covered the works. He was polite, careful, diligent, and efficient. Most of all, he kept after the problems until they were 100% resolved. He was able to handle our situation without making a million calls to someone else for advice. We got our money's worth! I can't say enough about what a refreshing change this was from what is now the norm in services. There are so many companies that are difficult to get real help from, and do poor service. With Dick Ray you get what you pay for, which is absolutely fair. If you want real service at a cost that makes sense, this should be your first phone call--you won't regret it!

Service guy came out and when I opened my door introduced his self and gave me his business card . I was surprised he didnβt have covers for his shoes to enter my home . I explained what was going on which was a gas pipe line that was vibrating which was newly installed. So we walked down to my basement and he confirmed that the pipe was installed correctly but was not secured with brackets to hold it in place literally took 10 minutes to do that . He then stated that the correct BTU measurement is another thing so he said that some point you may need to have that done. I said well since you are here you can go ahead and do that . I ask how much would that cost he said 168.00 to add numbers on a piece of paper that took 10 minutes. This was a call I felt that was no real work involved except to nail a bracket. I felt over charge for what was done..Friendly guy.

Dornell was an outstanding technician. He replaced our humidifier filter and drain line and inspected the furnace. He also made recommendations for future services to keep our furnace running efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the options. I will request him again for sure! It was not an emergency, but we received same day service. Much appreciated!

These guys are great! Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and professional. I received a call giving me an estimate of Kyleβs arrival time, which was very helpful. After evaluating the problem, Kyle went through costs before starting anything. He took lots of time explaining things to us and making sure we understood.

Jon was my tech today and he was professional and courteous. He did a plumbing safety inspection. Jon pointed out a few things that may cause issues for my home in the near future. He offered services to repair and replace and did not pressure a service when I mentioned I could do most, if not all repairs on my own. I was very pleased with the entire process from the first phone call to the end of the service call. Everyone was pleasant and explained everything well. On Feb 4th, I had Sam out for a separate issue. Work was done quickly, everything was explained well. I would recommend Dick Ray Plumbing anytime!
